the timeline to my life

youve made things seem so bright

                                        cuz your my sunshine, your my light.

your what gives me all my fight,

                                         yet your the one thing i fear at night..

you push me to achieve

                                        giving me hope, making me believe.

the only way youve pushed me to

                                       is the fastest way to leave.

you let me know i’m never alone

                                       not without you by my side

you make me do everything without you

                                     but its one way ive gained my pride.

given all our memories

                                      you make me never want to forget.

given all of ours,

                                       youve only filled me with regret.

so living life without you 

                                      is something i’d rather not rehearse.

living life without you however,

                                     would be a blessing not a curse.

        where have you been?

its a sweet sweet slumber

                         i wish to be in.

               please let me drift off

the sweet slumber entices me

                      with a bed oh so soft.

                   why have you left me alone?

the sweet slumber laughs,

                   “its because your not home.”

                  WONT YOU JUST LET ME BE!?!

                        still laughing.

                                          “i cant, cuz your me”

I don’t mind

          sitting back while you unwind,

                                      Trying to find

                                                 the state of the soul under your skin.

But don’t come crawling to me

                            when after unwinding

                                             suddenly your finding

                                                                 your soul is filled with sin.
